We're hiring: Junior Research Manager

During the recent years M3 Research (part of French listed company Bilendi) has experienced a significant growth in providing data collection and market research services for clients in Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway.

Powered by our growth and our ambition to serve local clients in Finland even better, we are looking for a pro-active Junior Research Manager to join our colleagues at our office in Helsinki.

You will be responsible for serving Finnish clients with your colleagues. In the beginning your tasks will mainly focus on daily research project management. You’ll be responsible for questionnaire set up and design, organising sampling to fieldwork projects and taking part in reporting of projects.

Soon you could also be trained by your experienced colleagues for attracting new Finnish clients.

We are looking for a candidate who shares a passion to become a top level player in European market research industry and is dedicated to be a part of M3 Research’s success in Finland!

Your qualifications:

-          Relevant educational and commercial background (Polytechnic/ University)

-          Analytic and structured

-          Native-level Finnish speaker

-          Speak and write English on a significant level (our corporate language is English)

-          Experience in research is considered a benefit

-          Good/advanced SPSS and Excel skills are considered a benefit
